A story that starts from a small town of just over two thousand inhabitants, that of the Herno brand, the jewel in the crown of Made in Italy luxury outerwear , and goes far.

Born in 1948 from the name of the Erno stream (embellished with the initial H to make the brand more international) which crosses Lesa, the place where the brand was born by the founder Giuseppe Marenzi, who designs elegant and refined men's raincoats. The sartorial quality of the garments led Herno to expand in Japan in the 80s and supply, in the 90s, leading brands in the sector such as Prada, Gucci, Vuitton and Jil Sander.

In 2007 the second generation of the family took control of the brand. Claudio Marenzi decides to make Herno fly with its own wings, no longer supplying other companies but a single-headed brand , focusing on new investments, incessant technological research, modernization of design and traceability of materials.

New hi-tech, ultra-light, windproof, breathable, waterproof garments are born, a perfect mix of all-Italian elegance and engineering quality, which project the brand to global recognition.
